技術(shù)特點(diǎn) Features
1. 本機(jī)適用于成膠狀真絲、單股細(xì)紗、人造絲、絹絲、鞋帶、織帶、包邊帶及絲光棉紗的漂白，精煉，染色，水洗及后處理。
This machine is used for bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and postprocessing, suitable for silk ribbon,single span yarn,spun yarn,real silk,Shoelace,Ribbon,Wrapping belt,mercerized yarn.
2. 常溫噴射式絞紗染色機(jī)特殊設(shè)計(jì)低耗電量，高性能的對衡式混流泵，具有流量大，效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，達(dá)到染色絕對均勻，不會(huì)有斑染及起毛現(xiàn)象。高溫噴射式絞紗染色機(jī)配備高性能離心式不銹鋼水泵。

3. 常溫噴射式絞紗染色機(jī)采用新型堰流式噴射管，可將染液集于頂端，紗體充分吸收染料而達(dá)到100%的均染性。紗體浮起后形成接觸，與管身的摩擦力小，避免紗體表面受損。
Sparging dyeing machine(normal temperature),New module flow spray pipe can concentrate dye liquor at the top,thus the tarn will sbsorb the dyestuff to full for 100% even dyeing.The friction between the yarn after floating and the pipes is very small so avoid damage to the serface of the yarn.
4. 特設(shè)水量調(diào)節(jié)器，視染紗量及紗支數(shù)、種類，可任意調(diào)節(jié)水量大小。

5. 浴比：1:8-12，大量節(jié)省水，蒸汽及助劑，也減少了對環(huán)境的污染。
