　　“慈星”牌GE04T12型電腦高速絲襪機(jī)是繼GE04P12型電腦高速絲襪機(jī)之后開發(fā)的一款具有四路編織功能的增強(qiáng)型單針筒提花絲襪機(jī)，其特點是結(jié)構(gòu)更簡單、市場適應(yīng)性更強(qiáng)。采用獨立抽風(fēng)機(jī)或中央抽風(fēng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行織物牽拉，配備抗扭裝置，針筒轉(zhuǎn)動用伺服電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動以減少傳動鏈及傳動誤差。
　　由步進(jìn)馬達(dá)控制生克眉毛以及控制針筒升降，可產(chǎn)生不同疏密、同步加壓潤滑油用以潤滑織針、生克和選針片，電腦控制襪子的制作全過程、款式和品質(zhì)。該機(jī)可使用合成纖維、人造纖維以及裸氨綸和包覆紗等原料生產(chǎn)絲襪產(chǎn)品，主要生產(chǎn)短襪、長統(tǒng)襪、連褲襪等襪子類型。
